这是我难得而且还是第一次用双语写致谢信，

这封信是特别祝贺给我的好朋友，丽萍和她的另一半。

This is my 1^st time to write a thank you letter in bi-language, and this is specially write to thanks and congratulate U-Ming & Shereen!

首先，当然很感恩你们邀请我们一起过来参与你们的“大日子”！

我们很喜悦，也很享受今晚的特别节目和种种安排。

特别强调你们悉心为我们准备了美味可口的素食晚宴。

First of all, thanks for invite my families and I to join yours’ BIG day ceremony!

We are glad and enjoyable for tonight “special” programs and arrangement! Special thanks for preparing us the vegetarian meals, they are wonderful and delicious. 

很多话，我们无法在宴会上详谈，但身为好朋友的我们，想除了给予你们深深的祝福，也想和你们分享一些我们走过的婚姻之路。童话故事里，常常以王子和公主从此过着幸福美满的生活作为故事的结局。但在我们真实的人生，究竟是不是幸福美满的人生，是从两个人踏入婚姻之路之后，努力经营的成果。

In stead of express our most sincere wishing, we also would like to share with you our experienced and learning though out our own marriage life. Every fairy tales always ending with the price and princess live happily forever. However, on our actual life, weather the rest of our life can be happily forever, much more depending on how we manage and building up our marriage life. 

幸福美满的家庭生活不是一个结果，而是一个方向！这是两个人结合在一起，一起要努力经营的方向。过程中，有甜蜜，也会有辛酸苦辣，五味杂全。而这一切一切的发生，一定要时时提醒自己要往幸福美满的方向前进。

Happy family life is not a destination, it is a direction! It should be a direction when two of you decide to live together. During these process, sure got mixture taste, like sweat, pity, spicy, sour and others. No matter what happen, must always remind ourselves must follow the direction to Happy Family.

我们走了八年的婚姻之路，总结出来这条路上，必须要有无限的爱，关怀，包容与原谅。以此和你们分享并在此深深地祝福你们！

We have go through eight years of marriage life, and have a conclusion would like to share with you:  on the marriage life we need unlimited love, care and forgiveness!
